Women’s Wellbeing Network takes on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge!

Sophie Ranson‍, Hire Manager at Vp Groundforce, set-up the Women’s Well-Being Network a few months ago and is committed to offering a safe and empowering space for women to come together in aid of their mental health. The network relies solely on the goodwill of local businesses, sponsorships, donations & fundraisers. That’s why Sophie & the team have decided to take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on 4th May 2024.

Their goal for the network is to expand their groups, cover more areas and reach as many women as possible with their free mental health service. As many of us know, mental health services are constantly stretched, under-resourced and much needed across all communities.

Catching up with Sophie on how she feels about taking on the challenge she said;

“This will be a huge task both mentally and physically, but doing so will hopefully help us to raise some much needed funds to aid us in achieving our goals! If anyone would like to join us on the 4th May they are more than welcome, not just women, the more the merrier!”

If you can spare a donation to support Sophie, Beth, Carrie & Nic on completing the challenge and continuing to positively impact the community with their work, donate here: Women’s Wellbeing Network Fundraiser.
